Ensuring Correct Ordering:As many of our products are custom made for you, our customer, it is your responsibility to provide us with correct information. Measuring for bed linen is a critically important thing for you to do. For step-by-step information on proper mattress measuring techniques, please see the image at the bottom of this page. If you have further concerns about correctly measuring your mattress or other items please contact us via text or phone 1-866-350-7886 or email (service@tallpaulstallmall.com). Further, we are happy to send you fabric samples so that you can see both color and quality of our wide range of linen and fabric products. We will provide you as much help as possible to ensure that you order exactly what you need. Ordering properly is important because custom made items are non-returnable. For more information see our

Payment:We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Paypal, as well as checks and Money Orders. We will not process orders paid by check until the check clears. If you wish to use a check or money order, please contact us for assistance in finalizing and placing your order.
Canceling Your Order:Cancellations of custom-made product orders will only be recognized prior to the beginning of production. This period of time depends on the item you have ordered, (sometimes as soon as 48 hours after placing your purchase). If your order has already gone into production at the time we speak with our supplier after you have notified us you wish to cancel, the item becomes subject to our (Return Policy). We promise to work with you and our production houses as best we can to stop an order if you so desire.
Cancellation of standard products can occur at any time prior to shipment. Once shipped they can be returned in accordance with our
Return Policy below.
Shipping Your Order:Most linen orders require 2-4 weeks for delivery as well as chairs and our other tall items. Additional time for manufacturing and shipping will apply for mattresses and beds) as noted with each item description. We will always contact you for your approval if there are additional shipping charges after you place your order. We and our suppliers ship using the U.S. Mail, United Parcel Service Ground delivery, FedEx Ground delivery and common carrier. Items ordered together may not always be shipped together if they are produced in different facilities (such as linens verses beds). There is no additional fee for multiple shipments to the same address from the same order. If you need an item faster, please note this in the special instructions during your order or contact us before you place your order. We will return contact with options and costs for faster production and shipping options.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canadian and Internationally Tall Paul's is able to ship outside the continental United States. The actual shipping costs for these orders will be calculated on a case by case basis. The shipping costs will be emailed to you for your approval prior to charging your credit card and manufacturing your order. Upon your approval, the shipping costs will be added to your bill and your order will be processed. For international shipments, we will notify you by email about special considerations including customs and fees which you may need to pay locally.
Shipping Status:When possible we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor the shipping process of your order and know when delivery is expected. You will receive this by email and also find it online in your account once you set a password for the email address used for your order.
Receiving Your Items at Delivery:Especially for larger items such as mattresses and box-springs, immediately check the condition of your packages during the delivery and before you sign to accept. If carton shows signs of damage, make notation on delivery receipt and request inspection from transportation company. If damage cannot be detected until package is opened later, call the transportation company for inspection and get a concealed bad order report. Claims for damage, visible or concealed, must be filed by you. We cannot assume responsibility for loss or breakage in transit. You are encouraged to contact us with questions about any part of this process.
Return PolicyReturn policy for “standard” products.Standard items are those that are mass produced and are not made exclusively for a Tall Paul’s specific individual order. Tall Paul's standard products are guaranteed 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with a standard item you have purchased, for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or a refund of
the item’s purchase price. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to receive and return the product.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your purchase. You must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to returning any item. We will not accept returns without an RMA. The items must be in "like new" condition and in their original packaging to receive a refund. Some of our suppliers charge a restocking fee; the customer is responsible for paying these restocking fees. We will notify you if these fees apply to the item you wish to return prior to issuing you an RMA.
Return policy for “custom” products.MOST products at Tall Paul’s Tall Mall are custom made exclusively for your order. Because these items are custom made specifically for you, they are only returnable due to manufacturing defects. These include:ALL BED LINENS

Extra long memory foam toppersBed linen return informationBecause each order is made custom, to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for any reasons other than manufacturing defects. No returns (for manufacturing defects) will be accepted without prior authorization by phone, email, or fax.
No returns can be accepted except in the case of defective merchandise or non-conformity with written order. Replacements cannot be sent until the defective products are returned to our manufacturing partner for examination.
Requests to return defective linen must be made within 60 days of receiving the linen.Defective merchandise includes, but is not limited to:
a) Badly sized product.
b) Product that has been sewn improperly: stitching coming out, raw edges exposed, etc.
c) Product that does not conform to the order - missing options, size differs from order, wrong fabric/style etc.
Defective merchandise does NOT include:
a) Product that shrinks, fades, becomes splotchy, etc, due to improper laundering.
b) Color of product is perceived to be different from color shown on website. (Please contact us for a color swatch if you require a specific match.)
c) Product that suffers damage due to wear and tear.
d) Product that suffers pilling.
In the case of manufacturing defects, the original product must be shipped back to our manufacturing partner before replacements will be sent. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective products at our own discretion. All merchandise is subject to inspection to determine the nature of the defect. The customer bears all expenses associated with shipping when product is found not to be defective, or to be defective through normal wear and tear or end-user negligence.
Returned merchandise must be CLEAN, either unused, or freshly laundered. Any returned bedding in less than clean condition will not be examined, repaired, replaced, or credited, but will be sent directly back to the customer at their own expense. No returns for manufacturing defects will be accepted 60 days after customer receives linen.
Security StatementSince TallPaulsTallMall.com went live in 1999, there has never been a case of fraud reported by our customers as a result of a credit card purchase made with us.
We understand that you may have concerns about using your credit card to make purchases on-line. Our Internet Service Provider (ISP) uses state of the art encryption technology, ensuring your financial information is protected and secure during its journey between your computer and our offices.
Tall Paul’s credit card transactions are processed by PayPal. PayPal is committed to providing its merchant customers with the highest level of transaction processing security, safeguarding customer information and combating fraud. PayPal implements and maintains compliance with industry leading security initiatives such as the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. Hundreds of thousands of merchants trust PayPal to process their Internet transactions securely.
Privacy Statement and Use of Text MessagesTall Paul’s Tall Mall is meant to be a service to you and we respect your privacy. Our website is hosted by Bock.com (our ISP) which has very specific privacy standards. This statement covers how we treat personal information we collect and receive when you order from us and it covers any other types of contact we have with you. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, credit card info or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
By the nature of an online store, our ISP records a variety of information from you when you visit or make a purchase at our store. We record: the address of the site you came from before visiting us, any key words you used in a search for us and the pages you visited. If you choose to communicate with us via e-mail, we record your e-mail address. And, should we offer an on-line survey, we will also record any information you provide to us in that survey.
Tall Paul’s has an opt in email newsletter. We will only send you our newsletter if you specifically ask us to send it to you. You let us know if you wish to receive our newsletter by selecting the appropriate check box when you place an order. You may also ask us to remove you from that list at any time by emailing service@tallpaulstallmall.com and typing the word "REMOVE" at the top of the email text.
You can choose to reach out to Tall Paul’s by sending a text message to our toll free number. We will only send you a text if you text us first. Also, by texting us first, you accept any charges you might pay your cellular provider to receive our responses. Further more, we will only continue to text you while still in dialog on the specific request or support issue you texted us about first. We exclusively use text messages for customer support and never send marketing text messages. If at any time you want us to stop texting you, please just ask. All of our texts are sent by live customer support people, not by automated systems.
Finally, we want you to know Tall Paul's Tall Mall does not rent, sell, or share your personal information with other people or companies except to provide products or services you have requested. We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide the products or services you have requested or in order to do their jobs.
